Dr Tracie Ooi graduated from King’s College London with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2014. Upon graduation, Dr Ooi served a few years in Khoo Teck Phuat Hospital, National Dental Centre, School Dental Centre and National Healthcare Group Polyclinics. Drawing from her experience of treating patients in the United Kingdom and Singapore, she is adept in treating patients from all walks of life with different dental and medical conditions. She enjoys spending time getting to know her patients and their concerns.
Dr Ooi believes that prevention is the key to reducing disease. Her practicing philosophy is to preserve the natural dentition and strongly believes a healthy and functional dentition is holistically intertwined with a healthy and happy lifestyle. Her areas of interest are Minimally invasive aesthetic procedures, Botox treatment for aesthetics and TMJ dysfunction as well as minor oral surgery.
Out of the dental clinic, Dr Ooi is a competitive dragonboater with the German Dragons Singapore and enjoys running, diving and sailing. She enjoys European languages and cultures and is also able to speak basic Dutch and German.
