Dental Crown & Bridge Cost in Singapore (2026)

A dental crown costs S$1,000 to S$1,500 per unit at Advanced Dental, depending on the material — full metal or porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) from S$1,000, and full porcelain or zirconia up to S$1,500. A bridge is priced by the number of units it spans (a single-tooth gap is usually three units). Crowns are CHAS-subsidised for cardholders, and from mid-2026 patients aged 60 and above can use Flexi-MediSave towards a permanent crown. What affects the cost of a crown
Two things move the fee:
Material. Full metal or porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) crowns sit at the lower end; full porcelain and zirconia, which look natural, sit at the upper end. The dentist recommends a material based on the tooth's position, your bite, and how much the look matters.
Whether it's part of a bigger restoration. A crown on a root-treated tooth may also need a post and a core to build it up first (see the fee schedule above), and a crown on an implant is priced with the implant — see the implant cost guide.
What a bridge costs
A bridge replaces a missing tooth by joining crowns on the teeth either side of the gap, so it's priced by the number of units. A single-tooth gap usually needs a three-unit bridge — the false tooth plus a crown on each neighbour. Cementation and, where needed, removal of an old prosthesis are listed in the schedule above.
