Dr. Isabella Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore.

Upon graduation, Dr. Isabella worked for several years in various public institutions including NHGP, Singhealth Polyclinics, and National Dental Centre (NDC). At NDC, she completed postings in various departments including Endodontics, Orthodontics, and Paediatric Dentistry, and has been trained to manage patients with multiple medical conditions, acute pain, and dental trauma. Her exposure to a wide range of clinical services allowed her to gain invaluable experiences in advanced general dentistry. During her service with the government, Dr. Isabella was also awarded the Singapore Health Quality Service Gold Award in 2022, which gives recognition to staff who have delivered quality care and attentive service to patients.

Dr. Isabella believes in lifelong learning and regularly attends dental courses, workshops, and conferences, both local and overseas, to improve her knowledge and standard of patient care. She is committed to providing quality and holistic dental care for her patients and is a strong advocate in practicing safe and ethical dental treatment. With her gentle and caring demeanor, Dr. Isabella seeks to provide a more relaxed dental visit even for dentally anxious patients. Seeing her patients leave her chair with a smile on their faces brings her satisfaction at work.

Aside from caring for her patients, Dr. Isabella also believes in giving back to the community. She would take time to volunteer at community clinics and local dental screening events. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and watching dramas over a cup of coffee. She also keeps an active lifestyle and enjoys jogging, hiking, and playing tennis.
