Dr. Marcus Phoa graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore. He started his journey in the public healthcare system at National Health Group Polyclinics (NHGP) practising community dentistry and was later promoted to Dental Officer-in-Charge at SingHealth polyclinic. In addition, Dr. Phoa also served at National Dental Centre Singapore and National University Hospital, where he did multi-disciplinary work (including Periodontology, Prosthodontics and Endodontics and handling of medically complex cases.)

With a guiding philosophy of mastery, Dr. Phoa is able to capitalize on the latest research journals, courses and conferences to tailor-make treatment plans for every individual. His priority in being gentle and conscientious creates a calming appointment experience that promises both quality and service. Furthermore, Dr. Phoa’s ability to simplify and convey complex information with an instinctive understanding of feelings, thoughts and situation enables him to effortlessly connect and guide patients towards informed decisions.

Besides spending time at work, Dr. Phoa likes to do small programming projects and to escape a sedentary lifestyle, he plays tennis.
